We pride ourselves on offering nuanced legal services in dispute resolution through the various recognized mechanisms of negotiation, mediation, litigation and arbitration, and where necessary we act quickly to secure our client’s interests if conservatory orders are required. We believe that when disputes arise, the role of a lawyer should be to offer the most efficient and prompt solutions, so that clients can focus on the things that matter most to them in business and personal affairs. We practice in the various courts and statutory tribunals in Kenya and use active case management to ensure that all our cases are expeditiously concluded.
We also have a specialized debt recovery unit to assist our client in recovering bad debts in a timely and cost-effective manner, cognizant of the prevailing economic realities in the country. We believe in exploring out of court settlements prior to escalating matters in court. Where debt recovery matters end up in court, we endeavor to obtain judgment within a short window of time and immediately commence execution proceedings to ensure the judgment is satisfied. Our debt collection practice has achieved notable results over the years and to us no client’s debt is too big or too small to handle.

We deal with aircraft trading, and leasing, licensing and registration of aircrafts and routes, passenger rights and accident litigation. We represent our clients before the Kenyan National Civil Aviation Administrative Review Tribunal and in the national courts based on the nature of the suit.
We assist clients with follow up of air accident investigations particularly for accidents occurring in Kenya, assistance with disputes regarding entry clearance, immigration, customs, and quarantine.
